Let My Roof Ltd does not offer a 'one size fits all service'. Everything we do is adapted to the customer; by tailoring our core services to suit the landlord and tenant where necessary. We can add value to the Landlords' investments, however big or small they may be. We can grow our service delivery with the number of properties owned; as there will always be support available that can be counted on whenever it is needed. We realise that not all Landlords' needs may be the same.
We understand that Landlords have busy lives and may not have the time to deal with the various management issues that arise from letting their property to fixing problems with the property. Going beyond the 'call of duty' is sometimes necessary to provide the peace of mind for the Landlord and both the Tenant. It is not a pleasant experience for any Landlord to wake up in the middle of the night or on a Sunday evening being called out to investigate a water leak or to be told the boiler is not working; so we love the jobs the Landlord hates.
Let My Roof Ltd operates from a virtual satellite office in order to keep overheads low, reduce costs which reflect on the charges (not service) which helps remain competitive. In order to save further time for Landlords, as opposed to the Landlord coming to us, we meet the Landlord at the property or we can collect the keys from the Landlord and with their permission have access to the property in order to market and let it successfully and to carry out viewings.
A special 'out of hours' service is available which comes under the 'full management' option; this is offered as an extra service. This does not mean the problem is not resolved under the standard full management service; the response time for someone from the Let My Roof team will be quicker and hopefully resolved much sooner.
