As well as providing the Landlord with incentives to use Let My Roof Ltd for its services, 'Key Workers' are also provided an incentive for using the Letting service. 

In most cases when a  basic or full reference check is carried out, the potential Tenant pays for this service despite them passing or failing this check; and this amount is usually non refundable either way (unless the Landlord pulls out or property becomes unavailable).  For a non cohabiting sole Key Worker, Let My Roof Ltd has provided such an incentive where the Administration cost is reduced having gone ahead and decide to accept the property in the usual format of submitting a Resevation Fee.  The Key Worker would need to provide proof that they do fit in to this category.

Let My Roof Ltd has incentive and discount structures for Landlords.  We feel that loyalty and commitment should be recognised and rewarded and therefore Landlords receive a little 'thank you' for their ongoing custom.  If a Landlord refers another Landlord and on successful Letting of the recommended property referral, subject to the length of the contract, i.e. six or twelve months, the referrer would be rewarded either £50 or £100 respectively taken off the next invoice.

Let My Roof Ltd also rewards Landlords by reducing its charges if you use our Letting Only / Tenant Find service more often.  The more properties instructed and successfully let, we reduce our rates accordingly.

Charging 8% (inclusive) is very competitive already, however reducing the rates because we appreciate your loyalty is even better.

Administration Fees

We are not firm believers of charging the Landlord unnecessary amounts for fees for administration; and we do not get excited over huge amounts of paperwork and preparing long contracts.  This is why we try to keep most of the administration electronic and charge minimal fees as opposed three figure sums like other agents.

This also helps us to stay Green and remain friendly to the environment.
