Let My Roof Ltd is already competitive and will always strive to be. When and if a Tenant decides to renew their Tenancy agreement, as interval periodic checks would be carried out as standard under the management service; a second inventory would be carried out to ensure everything is still as it was accounted for and if any deterioration, missing items or damages may have occurred are updated.  This would be as opposed to waiting another year before an exit inventory is carried out and larger discrepancies come to light. This would be included in the standard management service for renewal.

We want to be transparent with our pricing strategy as we have nothing to hide; Let My Roof Ltd will not charge a renewal fee for properties not managed.  If the Landlord requests other services i.e. inventory or renewal contract to be issued; a small fee would be implemented and the appropriate service fee for the inventory and other requests.  For information on fees please see Landlord Fees.
